Nous nous int\u00e9ressons dans cet article aux solutions existantes pour <\/span><b>soulager le mal de dos rapidement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une douleur consid\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aujourd\u2019hui comme\u00a0 \u00ab le mal du si\u00e8cle \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les postures \u00e0 adopter ?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En premier lieu, il est important d\u2019adopter une bonne posture. Il faut \u00e9viter de pencher son corps trop en avant lorsqu\u2019on travaille au bureau par exemple, et si l\u2019on peut, il faut ajuster l\u2019\u00e9cran afin qu\u2019il soit \u00e0 la hauteur des yeux. Garder la m\u00eame position pendant une longue dur\u00e9e peut raidir le dos, il faut donc se d\u00e9gourdir les jambes plusieurs fois par jour <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et alterner autant de fois que possible entre deux diff\u00e9rentes positions minimum.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand on est debout, il faut \u00e9galement garder une posture droite et align\u00e9e, ce qui n\u2019est pas toujours facile car nous sommes nombreux \u00e0 avoir pris des mauvaises habitudes en <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">termes <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de posture.
